Although Martin’s face does not appear on the paper targets, they feature a hoodie with crosshairs aimed at the chest. A bag of Skittles is tucked in the pocket and a hand is holding a can resembling iced tea.
Martin purchased both items minutes before he was shot and killed by George Zimmerman in February, according to police.
…In an email exchange with reporter Mike DeForest, the seller wrote, “My main motivation was to make money off the controversy.”
The seller would not disclose how many paper targets had been made, but said in an email, “The response is overwhelming. I sold out in 2 days.”
Some of those targets were sold to two Florida gun dealers, according to the seller.
Before DeForest identified himself as a reporter, the seller claimed that targets were still available for purchase. After being informed Local 6 was investigating his online business, the seller claimed the targets would no longer be sold.

This is nauseating.
Some people are just a bit too obsessed and emotionally involved with this case, but they aren’t racists. Nah, that’s just want the evil liberal media says about them.

Oh please. If nothing else this is a demonstration of how wrong the left was about Trayvon Martin. His image has become a parody, and you all helped. The left’s racism was full throated, and fully wrong. Every person here who sought to beatify Martin, contributed to this moment in free enterprise.
There is a ton of money to be made catering to the forces of hate, bigotry, divisiveness and racism. Which begs the question: why aren’t Progressives so supportive of each other?

Apparently you haven’t kept up with reporting that didn’t fit your bias. It is much more likely that Trayvon came back and confronted Zimmerman. Zimmerman was acting in self defense.

And you can see it outside the bodega on your way to the subway, on the front page of today’s New York Post, which reads “TRAYVON HOODWINK: Tragedy hijacked by race hustlers…”

I don’t know who’s worse, the people who came up with this sales idea, or the people who are rushing to buy them.
Even if every element that you and your right-wing race-warrior cronies cooked up were true — it wouldn’t help your insistence that Trayvon Martin deserved to be executed. If someone is being stalked by an armed person out for blood, the only way to stay alive is to strike first and attempt to neutralize the threat. Your whole “case” is based on the presumption that unlike Zimmerman, Martin was required to place his life and safety in the hands of someone who followed him with a gun — only Zimmerman had a right to “stand his ground”, Martin had no self-defense rights at all.
Of course, laws don’t work that way (nor do ethics), so your crap is quite visible to those who aren’t swimming in it.

So Trayvon Martin had no right to defend himself? Look, if you start a fight with someone who IS MINDING HIS OWN BUSINESS and you get your ass kicked, then you have no right to shoot him after he tries to leave. Martin felt threatened. Zimmerman was hostile. When you approach someone in an accusatory and hostile manner, you are going to provoke a defensive reaction.
Zimmerman shot from a distance. That is how he got two shots off against a screaming Martin. Otherwise, Martin could have fought for the gun.
You are a racist. If your intention is to convince the people here that conservatives have shit for brains, then you are doing a laudable job.
