When the “kill gays” bill in Uganda was denounced today by President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton at the National Prayer Breakfast, everyone knew it would fire up the bigots — and Cliff Kincaid (usasurvival.org) was quick to hit the send button on this hate-filled press release. You won’t believe the defense — the execution and “cleansing” by Uganda of its gays is all about ensuring national health.* I sh*t you not.
Kincaid, president of America’s Survival, Inc., and editor of Accuracy in Media, says the legislation is designed to save lives by discouraging homosexual practices which spread disease and death.“The purpose is completely at variance with what the U.S. media have reported,” he said. “It is not a ‘Kill the Gays’ bill. Rather, it is designed to kill the disease that some homosexuals spread through their reckless and irresponsible conduct and lifestyle.”
Kincaid said that the much-publicized death penalty provision in the bill is for deliberately spreading AIDS and engaging in homosexual behavior that threatens children and society.
“Uganda’s people and government deserve support, not criticism, from the United States,” said Kincaid. “They are up against the international homosexual lobby, the money of George Soros, and the Obama Administration. They are trying to create a Christian culture that is protective of families and children.”
Would Kincaid support the execution of heterosexuals who engage in unsafe sex or who engage in pedophilia as well, since AIDS on that continent is mostly spread through heterosexual sex? I didn’t see him proposing that anywhere. As Joe Jervis said, Kincaid is
defending the bill as necessary to prevent “homosexual imperialists” from continuing their campaign to fuck as much AIDS into the children of Uganda as possible.
Kincaid and the rest of these defenders of this execution and “queer cleansing” bill are completely morally bankrupt, repugnant — and proud of it.

* Note that in this universe of eliminationism, lesbians and the demographically lower rate of STD transmission than heterosexuals conveniently never comes up.

What adults do in the privacy of their own home has no affect on your little Billy or Debbie. Why do these Talibangelical idiots keep forgetting…That the vast majority of people in Africa with HIV are heterosexuals who contracted the virus by way of unprotected heterosexual intercourse? Somehow, they are incapable of comprehending this most fundamental fact, and the lies they spread as a result are one of the biggest reasons WHY so many heterosexuals in Africa are contracting HIV.

I have to wonder what solution this freak would have..for dealing with the problem we have in South Africa. Namely that of HIV+ heterosexual men who rape little toddlers on a daily basis, because they believe it will cure them?
Maybe we should kill all the adult hetero’s and turn our country into one big game park that features gays with their adopted kids among the fauna and flora.

Deja VuIt was back when the Roman Empire was a crumbling ruin of its former self that Emperor Justinian blamed homosexuality for earthquakes (they didn’t have any meaningful understanding of disease back then), and the solution was, surprise surprise, kill the gays.
Now here we are, something over a thousand years later, after war and genocide and imperialism and slavery barely mitigated by some few advances in justice and tolerance, and we can see how much the bigoted faction of Christianity has grown up. Still no meaningful understanding of disease save as a tool for scapegoating and still a bloodthirsty desire to kill anyone who doesn’t conform to their arbitrary standards.
There’s no way to reason with these people, they’ve abandoned reason and become consumed by their fear and hatred. I would almost pity them, except that they make it impossible to feel any sort of sympathy at all. How can you feel sympathy for people who cheer genocides and willingly become pathological liars. And yet people can watch this man and still see him as a proclaimer of light… I really don’t understand humanity.

And part of that scapegoatingis the promotion of the spread of HIV among heterosexuals. I’m not entirely sure whether this is a matter of seeing the people who die as acceptable collateral damage in the war against the non-heterosexuals, or if they actually get off on the idea of Africans dying. I’m sure for a good number of them it’s a combination of the two — and a few others just like that it keeps the attention away from their own child-abusing asses.
And haven’t I heard over and over again……how AIDS is primarily a heterosexual disease in Africa. That being the case, then why doesn’t this bill call for the death penalty for heterosexuals who spread the disease?
If the motivation is to address a disease vector, then that would seem to be the more urgent point to address.
And why, for God’s sake, are we not constantly reminding to media to remind these jerks they bring on to respond to that little statistic, and explain how this is specifically targeted as genocide rather than just attacking a disease vector?
