Only a month until those outsized petition sheets need to be back in Larry’s sweaty hands, and Referendum 71 heavyweights Cindy Honcoop and Joseph Backholm are heading out on vacation.

No great surprise I suppose, since Honcoop has never taken an active role in the referendum.
Major referendum endorser Joseph Backholm of the Family Policy Institute announced to the entire radiosphere on Wednesday that he’s heading out this weekend for some summer vacation.
Now THAT is dedication to “Preserving Marriage, Protecting Children”. Have a long and relaxing vacation folks. You’ll need to be well rested to withstand the bitter chill emanating from the little people you left behind to gather a mathematically impossible number of signatures for a referendum you personally endorsed, promoted and raised money for your organizations off of, yet couldn’t bother to show up for. Have a nice trip!

They are as incompetent as our leaders!Going on vacation in the middle of a ballot fight? Why that’s just what the supposedly professional and sophisticated leaders of the Prop 8 fight did. One went to Alaska and another went to Spain. Then they were shocked when we lost and people questioned their competence.
